Now we are three

I still can't believe our Charlotte is here. It has been 10 weeks and I still feel like it was yesturday my big belly was squished against my drafting table and Charly was having fun pushing off. My labor was textbook (according to my mom and crystal) and after 12 hours we were able hold our 7lb 12oz & 20 1/2 inch gorgeous george girl! She is such a cuddly one--and we love it! I call her my snuggle bug and Nicholas calls her his Charly Bear :-DWe are Three

We love having her here and she is finally adjusting to this world. When she was 9 days old she was really congested and was not able to breathe through her nose to eat. Her doctor sent us in to Children's Hospital and we were admitted for 4 days. They ran every test (including a spinal tap and c-scan) and concluded she had a cold. We were sent home with nose drops and she cleared up in a couple days. When she was 1 month, I got mastitis and we were having the worst time nursing. I went in to the Women's Resource Center and a Breast Feeding Specialist discovered Charlotte had a tounge tie (the membrane under her tounge was tight). March 18th she had it clipped and nursing has been a breeze since :-D Now she is 11lb 6 oz+ and still growing. She is 75% for her weight and 90% for her height.
